We prioritize patient care and satisfaction, and we are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Arrive punctually each day to open the office and ensure readiness for business.
Greet and check-in clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage client check-out process efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Verify dental insurances and assist clients with insurance-related inquiries.
Coordinate and maintain an organized schedule of client appointments.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, being personable and empathetic with clients.
Comfortably engage in sales activities, including promoting and selling memberships.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental and/or medical spa procedures is not required, but candidates with knowledge in either area will be considered more favorably.
Preferred experience or background in sales, particularly membership sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
