As a Personal Assistant for our American Standard Dog Training, you will be in much more than just a traditional support role; it's about being a Master Organizer and Right Hand to our CEO.
It is crucial in maintaining the CEO's daily organization, optimizing systems, and ensuring a smooth flow in both personal and professional aspects.
This position is local to Waxhaw, North Carolina.
We are looking for an individual available to work 15-20 hours per week initially, with the flexibility to be onsite approximately 3x per week.
The position will likely grow to 30-40 hours a week quickly.
Key
Responsibilities:
Inbox and Calendar Management:
Handles critical communications for the CEO with specific clients, vendors, and team members Ensure all emails are routed properly, and those needing the CEO's attention are correctly tracked.
Schedules meetings on behalf of the CEO and maintains all aspects of the CEO's calendar.
Supports the CEO with miscellaneous local errands such as placing orders, assisting with invoice and supply orders, and making appointments.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and the more extraordinary team regarding keeping the CEO well-organized and informed of all business areas.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
Must have previous experience in a personal assistant role, ideally at the executive level Proficiency in managing executive inboxes, calendars, and backend documentation.
Proven experience managing highly sensitive information, juggling numerous tasks, and evaluating and prioritizing urgent initiatives in a very fast-paced environment.
Must be eager to learn in a fast-growing and have an interest in the industry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be highly reliable.
Previous experience working with animals, particularly in a kennel or pet care setting, is preferred.
Must have a genuine love and passion for dogs and their well-being.
Reliable transportation to the Waxhaw, North Carolina, location.
