Pay is $16-18/ hour, depending on experience.
We need someone with GREAT people skills--this is a customer service position first and foremost.
Basic technology skills are also required as we use online scheduling for our patients, as well as:
email, text, and phone.
Duties for this position include:
Warmly greeting and checking in patients and escorting them to treatment rooms Applying your excellent customer service skills while:
answering the phone, providing general information on acupuncture and our practice, and checking and responding to emails and text messages in a timely manner Using our software program to schedule patients while following our scheduling protocols Assisting with superbills/itemized receipts for patients Light cleaning of treatment rooms between patients and keeping the office tidy.
Assisting with ordering and stocking.
Assisting with social media posting.
