South Park Audio/Visual Production Intern

Summary:
This position will be responsible for strengthening the production experience from the areas of lighting, audio, and video at Forest Hill Church.
The position will include a heavy amount of learning production details and systems, as well as a professional execution of service program details.
This position performs these duties to meet the organizational mission, vision, and values (DNA) of Forest Hill Church.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
(includes but not limited to) This position will be responsible for understanding and supporting all volunteer positions (lighting, camera, shading, computer graphics, and stage managing), as well as the potential to support audio mixing, video directing, and service producing.
As part of the production team a bulk of the hours will include the weekend, but as time permits other events and weekday production needs may be requested.
Relational Rhythm Collaborate with production team to increase the value of service to provide a more engaging and Christ centered experience for both the congregation and production volunteers.
Collaborate with Global Production Team on special projects, as needed.
Uphold shared production standards and expectations.
Intelligent Design Develop an understanding of each area of the internship so that one can increase ability and share that knowledge with volunteers and future opportunities.
Grow outside of initial responsibilities and continue to improve one's skills in the production environment.
Savvy Stewardship Enhance the production environment in ability and personality so that others see Christ working through the production team to present a clearer vision of the gospel to everyone who walks through the doors of the church.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with broadcast cameras.
Understanding of the church environment and service details.
Mac user to operate programs such as ProPresenter and Adobe Premiere.
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
Ability to lead and collaborate with individuals and teams.
Ability to give/receive direction and constructive guidance to/from others.
Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
Recommended Skills Adobe Premiere Pro Attention To Detail Broadcasting Creativity Innovation Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
