- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job responsibilities.
